Burma is home to a surprising mix of ethnicities - 135 different ethnic groups - creating a colourful and fascinating culture.

Though diverse, the people of Burma are warm and welcoming. There is much to explore, from the untouched coastline and plains studded with thousands of stupas, to the fascinating towns with their local markets, temples and colour.
