Day 1. Arrive Toronto
Your journey throughout Eastern Canada and New England begins today as you arrive in Toronto. You will be met upon arrival at the airport and transferred to your hotel, located in the heart of the action in downtown Toronto.

Day 2. Niagara Falls
This morning, enjoy a Welcome Breakfast where you will have the chance to meet your fellow guests and Travelmarvel Tour Director. Then embark on a city tour that will take you to the picturesque waterfront areas of Toronto. Afterwards, visit the village of Niagara-on-the-Lake on the way to the spectacular sight of famous Niagara Falls, which is collectively made up of three impressive waterfalls. Later, you will board a thrilling boat cruise for a journey to the base of Horseshoe Falls (raincoats provided). Perhaps you might also like to take an exciting helicopter ride over Niagara Falls (own expense). (BD)
Day 3. 1000 Islands, Ottawa
Continue on your journey to Ottawa today. Along the way, enjoy a cruise around the 1000 Islands of the St Lawrence Seaway. Cruise past tiny islands, castles reminiscent of fairytales and island mansions. You’ll be taken back to a time when pirates and bootleggers roamed the area, as well as the Gilded Age, when the rich and famous used the area as their personal playground.

Today, enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Ottawa, during which you will visit Parliament Hill and the historic Rideau Canal, which winds its way through the heart of the city. The rest of the day is yours to explore at leisure. (B)

Montréal offers an array of culinary and cultural attractions, thanks to its French influence, eclectic food scene and famous festival line up. Day 14. Sydney
Spend the day in and around Sydney on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. Where the island’s French-influenced name belies its Celtic connections. You will discover cheerfully colourful highland villages, the beautiful coastal scenery of the Cabot Trail, as well as the Fortress of Louisbourg, which was once one of North America’s busiest 18th-century seaports. Day 15. Halifax
For ocean scenery at its best, it is hard to beat Nova Scotia’s south shore. Arrive in Halifax this morning, with free time to perhaps visit Peggy’s Cove and the German village of Lunenburg. Then head back to Halifax where you might like to visit the ramparts of Halifax Citadel or a museum which commemorates the Titanic. (BLD)
Day 16. Bar Harbor
Cross into the United States and arrive in New England’s Bar Harbor, once the exclusive summer resort of America’s fabulously wealthy. Today, Bar Harbor is an artists’ enclave and gateway to the natural beauty of Acadia National Park, much of which was donated by the Rockefeller family. (BLD)
Day 17. Disembark Cruise, Depart Boston
Your journey ends today. After breakfast, disembark your ship in Boston, then transfer to the airport for your onward flight. (B)
